Jack Wimmer, Advisor Former VP, Network Architecture and Advanced Technology, Verizon
Mr. Jack Wimmer has 33 years of professional experience in the telecommunications industry, including 26 years in management. From 1973 to 2006, he served in a variety of roles at Verizon / MCI Communications, most recently as VP Network Architecture and Advanced Technology (2001 to 2006) and VP Network Technology and Planning (1998 to 2001). In his last position, Mr. Wimmer assumed global corporate responsibility for the development of all aspects of network technology and architecture for the MCI network, which drove $1B to $3B in annual capital investment. In that role he led numerous strategic network initiatives for MCI including; development of their advanced high speed optical network; architecture for the converged IP/MPLS packet network; and design of an industry leading carrier class Ethernet infrastructure. Mr. Wimmer's experience spans all aspects of telecommunications networks and technology including Network Operations, Engineering, Construction, Implementation, Engineering, Systems Integration, Real Estate, Intellectual Property, Advanced Technology, and Network Architecture. He holds a M.S. in Telecommunications Policy from George Washington University and a B.E. from Steven's Institute of Technology.

Helmut Berg, Advisor Owner and Principal Consultant Helmut Berg Consulting, LLC
Helmut Berg has more than 20 years of technical and executive management experience in the telecommunications, test and measurement and industrial automation industries. Mr. Berg served as President of JDSU's Communications Test Business addressing global test and management solutions for telecommunication field service operations, network operations centers and network equipment manufacturers. He played a major role in the merger of TTC and Wavetek Wandel Goltermann to form Acterna which was later acquired by JDSU. Mr. Berg joined TTC from Tektronix where he served as general manager of the measurement solutions division. He held management positions in engineering, marketing and general management in Honeywell's industrial controls business and was a professor of computer Science at the University of Minnesota and the Technical University of Berlin. Mr. Berg serves on the Advisory Boards of Empirix and BTI Systems, the Board of Directors of LightRail Networks and is an Educator of the Gerson Lehrman Group Council. He currently serves as the Principal Consultant in his own executive management consulting firm, focused on business growth and operational effectiveness.

Ross Ireland, Advisor Former CTO and Senior Executive VP of Services, SBC Communications (now AT&T)
Mr. Ireland served as Senior Executive Vice President of Services and Chief Technology Officer for SBC Communications (now AT&T). In this capacity, he was responsible for Network Planning and Engineering, SBC Laboratories, Procurement, Real Estate, the Network Staff Groups and IT. Ross also ran six of the company's National Businesses, including SBC Long Distance, SBC Paging, SBC Operator Services, SBC Public Communications, SBC Video Services, and SBC Messaging. Mr. Ireland retired from SBC in May of 2004 after 38 years of service. He currently serves on several boards and advisory boards.

Dr. Ralf Rieken, Advisor CEO, Fujitsu Siemens Computers, Inc. USA
Dr. Rieken is a network and computer technology industry expert with comprehensive experiences in software engineering, computer architecture, network infrastructure concepts, service architectures, product engineering, business development and strategy consulting.
Dr. Rieken is CEO & Co-Founder of Uniscon universal identity control GmbH based in Munich, Germany. Uniscon develops and operates innovative cloud based services for privacy protection of Web users. The solution is based on the company's unique Sealed Cloud technology.
Previous positions were Head of Solution Development and Integration of Fujitsu Technology Solutions, in Munich Germany, President and CEO of Fujitsu Siemens Computers, Inc. USA, in Sunnyvale, CA, VP Strategy Development with Siemens Information and Communication Networks and VP Engineering of Optisphere Networks in Reston, VA. At Optisphere he led initiatives to enhance and automate fiber connectivity systems. Dr. Rieken has worked with FiberZone since the company's founding and initial product definition phases.

William L. Schrader, Advisor Chairman, President and CEO, Synchris, Inc.
Mr. William Schrader has 30 years of technology management experience, including 23 years as a CEO. Since February 2005, he has served as Chairman, President and CEO of Synchris Inc., a Virginia-based software firm offering document management, collaboration, and secure communications. Mr. Schrader previously served for four years as chairman and CEO in two enterprise software firms: NetSilica, Inc. (NJ) and Onmark Corporation ( Montreal ). From 1989 to 2001, he was founder, Chairman and CEO of PSINet Inc., a NASDAQ traded firm providing Internet services over a global fiber network. PSINet's fiber Internet system spanned five continents, served 30 countries, employed over 10,000 people, produced $2 billion in annualized revenue, and was one of the world's largest Internet providers. Prior to PSINet, Mr. Schrader served in academia where he led the development of infrastructure for five national networks under contract to NSF, DARPA, DOE, and NASA. He also built the first regional network, NYSERNet, during the same period. Mr. Schrader holds a BS in Biology from Cornell University.

Daniel J. Lovatt, Advisor Managing Director Reach Ltd.
Mr. Lovatt has over 30 years of professional management experience in the Telecommunications Industry. From 2003 to 2007, he served as the CEO of PCCW Global responsible for managing the international activities of PCCW Group (Hong Kong's major domestic Telecommunications provider). In prior years, Lovatt spent the majority of his career with AT&T/Lucent Technologies. At these companies he was the International Vice President (CFO) responsible for all International Financial functions; COO of an AT&T international Joint Venture as well as Manufacturing Director of three different manufacturing locations within the AT&T complex. He served as Internal Audit Head responsible for AT&T Network Systems, Universal Card, AT&T International and American Transtech. Mr. Lovatt now serves on Corporate and Advisory Boards as well as maintaining a Consultancy Business.
